We live in a world today where business can become too competitive, but that does not mean that we cannot gain an edge on our opposition. It is of no doubt that everyone is searching for an advantage, which is why it always necessary to find it first. CRM (Customer Relationship Management), a new field of the decade, is perhaps the most significant and underrated concept in maintaining a business; surely, there is nothing more important than maintaining loyal customers, especially in the current economic condition. And the best way to maintain customer relationships is to establish a bridge of communication with them.

Consequently, there is a field of software that is dedicated to catering to that specific need. However, shopping for CRM software is like buying a mystery box because every software company claims that they are the best; and like a mystery box, you will feel the disappointment of receiving junk. Thus, we the consumers need to read and research our products before we dive into them. On the same token, every review that we find seems to be pretty impressive; some even have their own awards such as "The CRM Software of the Year Award." Although Bizroof, newly launched web based CRM application, doesn't have any fancy awards yet, I can wholeheartedly consider it an excellent product that has the best value in its industry.

Bizroof allows businesses to finally be capable of centralizing both their contacts and communications in a simple interface that specifically targets small and medium enterprises (SMEs). Although Bizroof may have a basic appearance, it encompasses all of the necessary components. Its overlay consists of four categories: People & Organization, Tag & Search, Notes & News, and Events & Documents. The People & Organization section allows the user to store and share information collected from interactions with customers and clients; keeping clients in the loop is an effective method of improving the quality of customer service. The search function simplifies the process of finding previous clients; on top of that, people, organizations and events can all be tagged with keywords. Another benefit of using Bizroof is having the ability to keep up with schedules (i.e. meetings, phone calls, etc). With so many things to keep in mind, a business manager needs all the help he or she can get to stay organized. Bizroof can also be used to maintain notes regarding conversations or meetings. The Events & Documents tab can be used to upload files for sharing or personal use; Bizroof's calendar feature is easy-to-use and can be employed as a method of checking other people's schedules.

Evidently, Bizroof may not be the first CRM application available to the public; however, the beauty of Bizroof is that it focuses on the need of SMEs. Unlike other CRM products, Bizroof maintains its functionality while keeping it simple. It doesn't have all the excessive gizmos and gadgets that simply make it confusing to find the tools that are actually useful. In addition to being a practical utility, Bizroof is free to use at the basic level. The Pro subscription plan is available for only $120 a year. This subscription is capable of sustaining 1,000 users, 20,000 contacts, 20,000 organizations and 5,000 cash flow records per month. Storage capacity is also increased from 10MB to 1GB at the pro level. Unlike many other CRM products, Bizroof does not have any advertisements when you are using the pro subscription. Finally, someone can bring simplicity into the complicated business world.

On a similar note, previous CRM products have always either cost too much for a subscription or been packed with useless functions to inflate its value. Software companies do not understand that small and medium enterprise owner's require both quality and sensibly priced software. Some CRM producers provide the quality that consumers want but charge an immense sum to use their services. On the other hand, there are those who offer cheap or even free CRM software; however, those products would not even pass the weakest quality control screening. Similar to the story of Goldilocks, the current CRM software is either too expensive or too cheap, but Bizroof is just right.

In a way, Business management is like taming a fierce animal; it cannot be achieved unless you are given the proper tools. Bizroof is a simple, effective and affordable software that specifically caters to a customer-centric business. In today's business world, it is critical to grab hold of each and every advantage point available. This CRM software may sound too good to be true but that is only because the business community has been too used to disappointment and deceitful advertising. Bizroof understands the consumer's inveterate disbelief, which is why it offers a free basic account; see for yourself and be glad that you were amongst the first to utilize it in your business.
